Eligibility

Participation is open to state and public agencies, certain non-profit organizations, and some specific businesses made eligible through the Small Business Administration that have registered with the program. Individuals are not eligible to purchase from the program.

Registration

A written application must be sent to the Business Manager. Print and complete the forms below, and then mail them to the address listed at the right.

Renewal

Every three (3) years, applicants must renew their registration. Print and complete the forms below, and then mail the forms to the address listed at the right.

PLEASE NOTE:
To receive products from the Federal Surplus Property program, you must meet the ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS and be REGISTERED.
