Eligibility

Participation is open to state and public agencies, certain non-profit organizations, some specific businesses made eligible through the Small Business Administration and Veteran Service Organizations that have registered with the program.

Registration

A written application must be sent to the Office Administrator. Print and complete the forms below, and email them to the Office Administrator. Applications must be renewed every (3) years.
